The Commanding Liver and the Power of the Dragon - Friday Live with Chantelle

Replay from Friday Live - 20th Sept 2024

Primary Bioenergetic Matches:

  • Liver function, including detox and waste processing; bile and cholesterol production; storage and processing of fats; pH levels; blood sugar regulation.

  • Kupffer cells and their role in immunity; reticulocytes; prothrombin.

  • Links to pancreatic cells, lymphatic cells, and the eyes (specifically the retina and optic nerve).

  • TCM association is Anger.

The liver is often likened to a chemical factory because it filters, processes and transforms all the chemicals in the body. Chinese Medicine views of the liver is as a commander (the General) that oversees the smooth flow of energy and blood, responsible not just for the transformation of substance but also for thoughts and feelings. The liver energy field is generated by the liver cells and the hundreds of different functions they carry out. It also has close connections with the pancreas, spleen, mitochondria (the liver uses lots of energy) and the eyes.

Emotional stress can burden the liver just as much as a chemical assault. When the liver energy is blocked or “stagnant”, this can lead to feelings of anger, frustration, irritability and an inability to plan or transform our lives in a positive and imaginative way. Blurry vision is often a result of liver malfunction rather than an eye problem, as may be stiffness in the tendons and ligaments, which are seen to be governed by the liver in Chinese Medicine.

Liver. The liver plays an important role in clearing infection as well as environmental toxicity. All the structures that are contained within this energy compartment, including the eyes, myocardium, liver and sinuses may be more prone to gathering infection and toxicity. This EI 8 Integrator is particularly vulnerable to the effects of geopathic stress and electromagnetic fields (e-smog), which the Infoceutical can help to address.

Liver Meridian.

The liver meridian begins on the inside of the big toenail and rises up the inside of the legs and thigh. Here, it circulates around the groin and sex organs before continuing to the abdomen, connecting with the stomach, liver, gallbladder and diaphragm. It dips into the chest, runs up through the throat and into the eye, ending at the crown of the head. A branch circles the mouth. From within the liver, another internal branch reaches the lung. The hypothalamus, responsible for hormone regulation, is found in this energy compartment. There is a particular match to the hormones calcitonin, adrenaline, prolactin, oestrogen and oestrone, and the EI 8 Infoceutical may benefit hormonal regulation.

  • Liver is a Yin organ. It's associated with the Gallbladder, Yang Organ

  • The liver's main functions are to store blood and promote the smooth flow and direction of Qi Movement in the body.

  • When the liver functions properly, Liver Qi flows downward. When it 'rebels, ' it can attack the spleen, resulting in nausea and poor appetite.

  • A good functioning liver will ensure that the sinews are nourished and not too tense.

  • Most active: 1-3 am

  • Element: Wood

Emotions.

The liver is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly, regulating not just all the chemicals in the body but also thoughts and feelings. This requires planning, and in TCM, the liver is viewed as a master planner, working with the gallbladder to make creative plans and decisions come to fruition.

It is also seen as a source of happiness. To have a happy life is to live purposefully, fulfilling spiritual and personal goals. Even the best-laid plans can go astray, and we need to be able to remain calm in a crisis and go with the flow when life throws us a curve ball. It’s the difference between maintaining a cheerful, happy-go-luck attitude to one tainted with feelings of frustration, irritability and intolerance. There may be too much planning of course, and a tendency to boss others.

Vision problems can stem from an imbalance in the liver meridian. Here, we see the link between the liver and creative vision and insight. Like the gallbladder, the liver is damaged by anger and frustration. Positive emotional attributes include compassion, kindness, tolerance, and elation. Some of the negative attributes include anger, irritability, frustration, resentment, intolerance, and impatience.

Mind Body (NES Health)

ER-29 (BSH: Liver)

Keynote: Nourishment

An emotional shock or conflict around food. This may be literally around starving from lack of food or an inability to digest food. It may be about withholding from eating because there was a feeling that a situation could not be survived. It may be about a need to eat regularly and fear of not having food. It may be about a conflict around being allowed to exist, having the nourishment (support, love) to exist.

Affirmation: All the nourishment I need is abundantly found all around me.

Energy Rejuvenate with the MiHealth (NES Health)

ER-29 (EI-8: Liver Field)

Helps rejuvenate and clear energy blocks within the liver field and the liver meridian.

The liver's body-mind associations suggest it represents our ability to maintain a healthy, happy life and keep the body free of toxins. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the liver is associated with excess or repressed anger, rage, resentment, frustration, and irritability. These emotions can be thought of as being stored in the liver rather than being expressed in a healthy way, leading to depression and bitterness.

Creative Cycle (NES HEalth)

TRANSFORM (ED 11 Liver Driver)

Key Words: Transform: beliefs, thoughts, emotions, experience, past. Process, evolve, opportunities, possibilities

A valuable part of the transformation process is exploring memories of situations from different viewpoints. Past memories and their effect on us can be transformed by giving them love, understanding them, and accepting the lessons they hold.

The Liver Driver Infoceutical can assist in transforming limiting beliefs, attitudes, and experiences into opportunities and possibilities. Transformation is the process of evolving capabilities, and this can often involve transforming memories that anchor people to the past and prevent them from moving into the future.

Angel-Geschichte:

The emotional state of anger creates action and movement.

Remedy

Rub your hands together, then place them slightly apart. Imagine that you have a ball of green and yellow energy in your hands. Place your hands on your liver while visualising or sensing this ball of energy moving inside your liver and purifying it, removing and damaging tissue, infections, toxins, anger, fear, frustration, and other negative feelings.

The Power of the Dragon - Card

The spirit of the Dragon says: Within you dwells the remarkable power to manifest your dreams, gain great riches, and manifest your dreams, gain great riches, and activate ancient wisdom. Take back your control, and express your strength with grace.
